Will I have any sneak peeks?
Yes! Unless you requested otherwise, I do my best to post sneak peeks of your session. That said, there are times of the year that I am not able to do so. When should I expect my gallery?
Contract states 4 weeks, but usually within 2 weeks. Should I have an emergency or something catastrophic arise, I will keep you in the loop.
How will I receive my gallery?
Once your gallery is ready, an email will be sent out with a link and details on access, ordering digital and prints, closing date, download and so forth. I will also message you to let you know that you should have received that email. Your gallery will be open for 90 days from the days it is sent. Additional details will be in that email, but please reach out if you have any questions or issues.
How do I upgrade to full gallery digital images?
Yay, so glad you loved your gallery as much as I did! To purchase the entire gallery, simply hover over the Shopping Cart and select All Photo Downloads. This will add all images to your cart and you can check out for that set price of $125 (+ tax).
What if I need help with ordering?
I am here! If you want to facetime or get together so I can help you design that space that you want your prints, help with ordering Christmas Cards, or whatever, just reach out.
Can I order prints/products of images that I do not select for my digital images?
You can certainly do that! If you choose to only download your included number of images, but really want that printed for Grandma, you can order it directly from my store. Any images within your gallery can be used to order cards, prints and other products without getting the digital copy of it.
